Rails 4.2.6链轮不能在开发中工作

我不确定为什么会这样，但它让我疯了。我正在尝试将4.1.1的rails更新为最新的稳定版4.2.6。更新没有什么奇怪的事情，资产现在列在assets.rb。

我发现它会将sprockets gem更新为3.5.2，因此强行将其强制退回2.11.0，但这不是解决办法。

但是在config.assets.debug = true的开发模式下，头文件没有链接样式表，为什么？！

如果我尝试rake assets:precompile，则创建的文件为空。我忘记了什么吗？
