对于Windows中的rasterio，pip install rasterio或python setup.py install没有运气，所以无法为这两条路线的运行提供任何帮助。如果你可以使用0.31，IOOS维护一个适合我的conda配方（https://anaconda.org/ioos/rasterio）。也就是说，conda install -c https://conda.anaconda.org/ioos rasterio。
