PHPMailer说这个类不存在，但它确实存在

我即将爆炸！我一步一步跟着this step（如下图所示），但它仍然不适合我！

请注意我已经从GitHub复制并粘贴了代码，并且不更改了用户名或密码！如果上面的代码有效，我就不会得到Uncaught Error: Class 'PHPMailer' not found in ...的致命错误。

在我的其他项目中，我完全按照图片和上面的代码（当然还有一些细微的更改）完成了这项工作，而且我对这些项目没有任何问题！

我错过了什么？有什么问题？
