tools:context=".MainActivity$ForecastFragment" 

XML中的代码行是红色的,因为ForecastFragment不是MainActivity的内部类。它不会影响您运行的代码,因为IDE仅使用工具:上下文属性来确定在布局预览/编辑器中显示哪个主题。
