你需要告诉RabbitMQ如何路由消息。

由于您没有创建交换或将队列绑定到交换机，因此您可以使用队列名称路由到默认交换（""）。

您需要将模板上的routingKey属性（routing-key属性）设置为队列名称，或者您需要将其包含在convertAndSend调用中：

template.convertAndSend("", "helloQueue", helloWorld.getMessage());

RabbitMQ只会丢弃成功传递到交换机但不会路由到任何队列的消息。
