您可以先read_csv,然后按astype除以np.int64将最后两列转换为10**9。要写入文件,请使用to_csv

Unix日期时间只是自1970年1月1日以来的秒数。

所以要确保从正确的日期转换:

    epoch = pd.to_datetime('1970-01-01')
