内容nowrap和定位固定页脚

我有一个HTML页面，它有一个固定的页脚div。它应该水平居中并位于页面底部。如果页面上没有太多文本，我的代码工作正常。如果有更多文本并且固定的页脚div离开屏幕，它就会消失。我不知道为什么会这样。
