最后我现在回答我自己的问题......对于想要在ubuntu上安装python-hdf4的人。

首先，你需要安装hdf4然后安装python-hdf4。

Hdf4可以从https://www.hdfgroup.org/products/hdf4/下载，然后unzip使用tar xvf ...，cd将文件下载到文件/.configure，如果您不需要fortran然后执行./configure --disable-fortran，然后配置它，然后逐步make，make check，make install，HDF4应该成功安装。

接下来很简单，从https://pypi.python.org/pypi/python-hdf4下载python-hdf4然后cd到文件python setup.py install，完成！
