ASP.NET Web Deployment using Visual Studio: Deploying to Test clearly states :

LocalDB is not designed to work in IIS, so for your test environment you need to have SQL Server Express installed. If you are using Visual Studio 2010 SQL Server Express is already installed by default. If you are using Visual Studio 2012, you have to install it.

So, as your web.config in local is having data-source assigned to LocalDB, it'll break.

connectionString="Data Source=(LocalDb)\MSSQLLocalDB;
Initial Catalog=aspnet-AmourC-e0d051a4-dbe9-4947-af93-877d157671b8;
AttachDbFilename=|DataDirectory|\aspnet-AmourC-e0d051a4-dbe9-4947-af93-877d157671b8.mdf;
Integrated Security=SSPI"

Follow the above linked page to how to successfully deploy your web-application through Visual Studio. And, please carefully follow all the instructions listed there.
