PHP邮件表单未收到

Question

我用一个使用PHP的电子邮件表单。它似乎停止工作，我找不到任何工作脚本。它声称电子邮件已发送但我从未收到过。

我在我的服务器上尝试了雅虎和Gmail帐户以及帐户。也许代码有问题？我觉得它没有意义，但似乎没有任何解决方案。
