请延迟启动mongo。这将解决此问题。

当我尝试从备份中替换辅助节点时遇到了同样的问题。问题是我在备份服务器中启动了mongod进程，然后才能访问副本集（在从旧服务器切换到新的[从备份]服务器之前）。重新启动mongod进程后，问题就解决了。
我的建议是只有在可以访问它应该属于的副本集后才启动mongod进程。
