虽然Oracle VB GUI中的VM显示为未运行，但您必须通过Oracle VB GUI手动启动它（这应该可以工作并允许您登录到该框），然后再次手动关闭它（也通过Oracle VB） GUI）。然后，再次运行vagrant up，它应该可以正常工作。

C:\HashiCorp\Vagrant\bin\vagrant.exe，然后

vagrant up在命令行中。

如果安装的VirtualBox没有网络支持，或者没有安装网络支持。

尝试：

1. 打开VirtualBox
2. 菜单文件--->设置--->网络
3. 点击右侧的“添加新网络”按钮
4. 采用默认设置
5. 在终端类型：无所事事

在 Windows 10 上

• 导航到程序文件 > Oracle > VirtualBox > 驱动程序 > 网络 > netadp6
• 右键单击“VBoxNetAdp6.inf”并选择“安装”。

您可能需要在执行这些步骤之前关闭 VirtualBox，然后重新运行 vagrant up，甚至可能需要运行 vagrant destroy。
