问题不是Bootstrap而是这个声明:

.bootstrap-tagsinput {
  width: 200px;
  max-width: none;
}

当你在一个动态大小的Bootstrap列中时,你正在修复标签容器的宽度。

相反,让容器填充列的宽度:

.bootstrap-tagsinput {
  box-sizing: border-box;
  width: 100%;
}

您可能希望增加左列的宽度(将span1更改为更大)并从右列中删除偏移量。
