无论如何都要获取在Google Play商店或应用商店下载某个应用的用户列表，无论该应用是否属于我（我是所有者）？

对于Apple App Store，您无法获得任何可识别您客户的销售相关信息（即Apple ID）。您只能验证是否有人购买了您的应用。
