可能是因为您的apache重写模块未启用。要在Ubuntu机器上启用重写模块：

sudo a2enmod rewrite
sudo service apache2 restart

如果您的平台上没有a2enmod，则需要打开httpd.conf文件并取消注释包括rewrite_module在内的行。这在macOS机器上是这样的：
