当ovveride IExceptionHandler时，当发生意外异常时，响应不会到达DelegatingHandler。我该如何解决这个问题？

在webapi 2中，我想为请求和响应消息实现审计记录器。我还想添加一个全局异常处理程序。但是，当我用自定义实现替换IExceptionHandler时。响应永远不会到达DelegatingHandler -on异常 - 因此对响应的审计将丢失。

WebApiConfig中的

不要使用ExceptionHandler作为基类，实现接口IExceptionHandler

问题是如果ExceptionHandler返回true，Handle(ExceptionHandlerContext context)只执行ShouldHandle(ExceptionHandlerContext context)方法。

覆盖bool ShouldHandle(ExceptionHandlerContext context)以始终返回true为我解决问题。
