CTS_ERROR＆gt;＆gt;＆gt;无法执行shell命令am instrument

Question

1. 使用Android 2.2，API-8，SDK-r7和CTS-2.2_r4套件。
2. 使用SDK_ROOT脚本中的SDK_r7工具更新了“android-cts/tools/startcts”环境变量，“SDK_ROOT/tools”环境变量中也包含PATH。
3. 跑出“android”并创建一个新的虚拟设备并启动相同的操作。这将调用名为“emulator-5554”的模拟器。

4. 现在，使用以下命令启动cts：

   bash android-cts/tools/startcts.    
   start –plan android
   

5. 上述命令失败：

   Test package: android.app
   install met failure [install_failed_insufficient_storage]
   CTS_ERROR >>> Failed to execute shell command am instrument -w -r -e package android com.android.cts.app/android.test.InstrumentationCtsTestRunner on device emulator-5554
   com.android.ddmlib.ShellCommandUnresponsiveException.

我在CTS 2.1 r5上没有出现此错误。但我没有运行Android测试，而是我自己的测试。因为我会使用CTS 2.1一段时间。
