看起来你的问题与两次做同样的事情有关。在不加载除jQuery之外的任何其他库的情况下，您的代码似乎work fine，除非它错误地关闭所有实例而不是当前实例，当您打开多个实例并尝试关闭其中任何实例时。

我最好的猜测是你正在加载一些其他脚本/库（可能是jQuery-ui？），它已经为你在元素上使用的class提供了打开/关闭功能。所以你有两个选择：

使用您正在使用的任何库的当前打开/关闭功能进行滚动 - 这意味着放弃您当前的自定义动画。
使用自定义动画滚动，但使用不同的类名，因此库不会为您打开/关闭它们。
