PhpStorm：语法高亮显示排除default.phtml

我有PhpStorm 2017.1。 default.phtml文件的语法高亮显示有错误：

items.phtml文件名旁边有'php'图标，但default.phtml有'gear'图标（配置？）。我知道PhpStorm中有“编辑/文件类型”设置，但我看不到“default.phtml”的排除：
