Spring Web Flow验证无法在IDE

Question

作为我上一篇关于Web Flow未找到验证器类的question的后续内容，我遇到了另一个有关验证的问题。

当我通过mvn spring-boot:run运行我的项目时，验证工作没有问题。但是，当我通过执行主类作为Spring Boot应用程序在Eclipse，STS或IntelliJ中运行它时，验证不再起作用。
