看起来您的上下文不正确。您的应用程序部署在/tomcat-rest-test而不是/TomcatRestExample。后者只是管理工具使用的显示名称。 Tomcat使用WAR文件名（不带.war）作为上下文名称。

因此请使用http://localhost:8090/tomcat-rest-test/maven/service来点击您的资源方法。
