tabula-py - “没有模块命名请求”

我使用代码（https://github.com/chezou/tabula-py#example）创建“scripts.py”，当我启动“python scripts.py”时出现此错误：

 wv.getSettings().setJavaScriptEnabled(true);
 wv.getSettings().setLoadWithOverviewMode(true);
 wv.getSettings().setUseWideViewPort(true);

操作系统：Ubuntu 16.04

Java：1.8.0_121
