来自ImageView中的图库或相机发布的图像

我有和Android应用程序，允许用户从图库中选择图像或通过相机捕获，当我得到单个选定/拍摄的照片时，我把它放在我的固定大小的imageView中，宽度为250dp，高度为250dp。 / p>

问题是它在我的模拟器中运行但是当我在真实设备中安装我的应用程序时，在imageView中发布照片不起作用。我怎样才能解决这个问题？ 提前谢谢

I select and capture 3 photo and paste it in my Image view, I also want to fit the image in my ImageView
