正如错误所说 - 不允许操作。我不是Linux用户 - 但可能是因为你试图在没有root权限的情况下这样做。

您可以尝试sudo pip install coremltools。但一般来说，在整个系统范围内安装开发库并不是最佳实践。

你绝对应该使用 virtualenv 。
