Javascript:全局变量未在其他函数中定义

我需要在四个跨度的innerHTML中放入三个变量。我使用的变量是secondsaccurateclickinaccurateclick。我用来获取这些变量的过程很好。问题是我无法弄清楚如何将它们带到另一个功能。我将复制我所拥有的东西。这将是一个更简单的版本。
