后来我想让同一个项目在iis内运行。没有成功。

我做了什么：

在项目中 - 属性 - Web - 切换＆＃39;服务器＆＃39;从iis express到iis。
点击＆＃39;创建虚拟目录＆＃39;

当我运行此应用程序时（按下浏览器名称按钮 - 在我的情况下是谷歌Chrome）应用程序启动，但抛出错误：

HTTP错误500.19 - 内部服务器错误请求的页面不能   访问，因为页面的相关配置数据是   无效。

配置错误由于不足，无法读取配置文件   权限

我已将IIS.IUSRS用户的web.config权限更改为完全控制权，但仍然收到相同的错误。我的应用程序是Visual Studio的默认MVC应用程序（创建新项目 - Web应用程序应用程序 - MVC）。
