当图标被预先发布时，缺少必需图标错误

我正在尝试将我的应用程序上传到iTunes Connect，但它一直给我错误：

ERROR ITMS-90022: "Missing required icon file. The bundle does not contain an app icon for
iPhone / iPod Touch of exactly '120x120' pixels, in .png format for iOS versions >= 7.0."

以及

WARNING ITMS-90704: "Missing Marketing Icon. iOS Apps must include a 1024x1024px Marketing 
Icon in PNG format. Apps that do not include the Marketing Icon cannot be submitted for 
App Review or Beta App Review."

如果这些图标实际上丢失了，那就没问题，但它们都存在于xcode上的应用程序图标集中。这与App Icons and Launch Images相关联。我的上传工作在昨天，但我已经更新到我的Mac上的High Sierra，现在它给了我这个错误。我已经尝试删除应用程序图标，并重新添加它们但它不起作用！为什么它会给我这个错误？
