您不能“覆盖”另一个_append：原始配方中的那个仍然会被追加
即使你可以，你的版本也会尝试将同一个文件复制两次（在安装和追加中）：那会失败。一般来说，mv在这里是一个坏主意：使用install就是它的用途。
使用${D}/../build/是不对的，您可能需要${B} - 但这也应该是do_install（）的默认目录，因此您根本不需要它。

您可以让原始的do_install（）按照自己的意愿行事，然后在do_install_append（）中删除您不想要的位...但我认为修改包这么多不是一个好主意：如果是另一个包运行时依赖于procps并期望你删除的工具？

一些替代方案：

以新名称复制食谱并进行修改
让do_install保持原样，在你的bbappend中添加一个新包PACKAGES =+ ${PN}-pgrep并设置FILES_${PN}-pgrep = "${bindir}/pgrep"：那么你只能安装新的微小的procps-pgrep包而不是procps。这可能需要一些调整才能正确，因为替代系统procps使用......
