不要在vscode工作区设置用户设置中

在我的情况下，通过将Go设置为Go，然后Go Extension将显示在用户设置中。

步骤：

1. 在VS Code中打开Extension选项卡（键盘快捷键： Ctrl + Shift + X ），然后搜索“Go”。
2. 点击齿轮并设置Enable (Always)
3. 点击重新加载，Go Settings (Go configuration)将出现在用户设置中。
