FPDF中的标准字体仅支持cp1252（aka windows-1252）编码。因此，将文本的编码更改为任何其他编码都不会改变事物。

您应该准备一个带有ISO-8859-2编码的特殊字体，并在将文本传递给FPDF的方法之前将其转换为此编码。整个字体生成过程描述为here。
