Azure Oracle v12 Instance Auto scaling

Question

I am trying to find options of auto scaling available for Oracle v12 instance on Azure.

Is auto scaling in Oracle DB instance, automatically available or can be done only manually or is it is not at all available?? I am trying to google this topic, but not yet found any thing??

看起来好像Oracle中没有自动自动扩展功能只能使用具有良好存储的VM并根据需要手动挂载磁盘。这是一个假设，我仍在寻找更好的答案。
