无法连接到本地sql server

Question

我有一些问题阻止了我从今天早上起，我无法连接到我的sql server 2016.它在我的本地甚至在谷歌的许多研究我没有找到任何使其工作：/

最后，我重新启动了Sql Server，立即连接并更改了Concurrent用户的数量。几乎20个连接我只有3个用户连接。
