由于您将可执行文件链接到Boost Python / Numpy，因此您还需要提供Python符号。

如果您不需要Python，最简单的解决方案是在您的glob中将libboost_numpy.so添加到exclude。如果您确实需要Python，那么快速解决方法是在-lpython中将linkopts添加到BOOST.build（这不是我建议用于制作的解决方案，因为您无法控制Python版本等。）
