2016年，PhoneGap Build转而使用NPM作为插件主机。更多详情here。
标准的Cordova插件，例如媒体捕获，现在以其名称中的“cordova-plugin”开头。请尝试使用cordova-plugin-media-capture。在您的config.xml中，这将是：
