Wordpress：SQL忘记了用户名和密码

Question

[更新]所以几个月前我只是一个wordpress用户。我跳过支付托管，而是创建包括mySql数据库在内的所有内容的备份。

现在，我似乎忘记记下我的sql用户名和密码。

现在，我有两个问题

第一：我的wp.config中的用户名是否与我的sql用户名和密码相同？

第二：抛出错误“建立网络连接时出错”

对于我所遵循的流程，安装mamp，转到phphMyAdmin，成功导入我的SQL数据库，将用户名从mysite.com更改为http://localhost（数据库名称与wp中显示的名称相同）的config.php

并移动了HTDOCS目录（主根目录）中的所有文件。

我该如何解决？
