经过研究我没有运气因此我在这里发帖。我计划在单个Tomcat 7中运行两个java应用程序（使用Spring）。这意味着 localhost：8080 / app1和localhost：8080 / app2。当我将两个应用程序部署为.war文件时，app1正常工作而app2没有。如果它作为单个弹簧应用程序从Eclipse运行并且打包设置为jar，则App2可以完美运行。

请将cxf.xml导入为@ImportResource("classpath:META-INF/cxf/cxf.xml")，并确保在生成war时cxf-core.jar也附带了war。（第二种情况很可能是原因，我相信你已经明确地添加了cxf框架构建库并且不是包装的一部分。）
