启动片段时如何将第一项与tvFoo对齐（不将RecyclerView放在另一个容器中）？

现在，tvFoo与左边缘的距离是16dp，列表中的第一项只有8dp。

我想要的是滚动时水平列表在屏幕上完全可见（但从左开始是16dp）。
