这使我相信您正在git中使用sudo运行/var/www/vhosts/project命令。这样做时，您将以root的身份临时运行程序。因此，Ubuntu在根主目录/root/.ssh/中寻找ssh密钥。这就是为什么您从GitHub服务器获得不同响应的原因。您的root用户尚未为您的GitHub帐户配置SSH密钥。

要解决此问题，您有几种选择：

在/root/.ssh/中创建SSH密钥，并将公共密钥上传到您的GitHub帐户。
