  background-color: #38383d !important;
}

然后，Firefox的选项卡和工具栏将按预期更改为深灰色背景上的浅灰色字体。但是Firefox菜单中的字体（我可以通过按ALT键看到）仍然是黑色（尽管现在是深灰色背景）–完全不可读。
