您还不清楚从顶层架构文档是否可以访问定义Definition.attrib的架构文档。似乎有两种可能性：（a）没有该属性组的声明，或者（b）有一个声明，但是它在错误的名称空间中。无论哪种方式，您都有一个悬而未决的参考。

我怀疑您在不同环境中看到不同效果的原因是，当存在像这样的悬挂引用时，XSD规范为处理器提供了一定的灵活性。该规范鼓励处理器继续进行下去，只要引用是验证该实例文档实际上不需要的组件即可。但是规则有些模糊。
