您需要使用http://developer.android.com/reference/android/widget/CursorAdapter.html#getItem(int)

Cursor cursor = (Cursor) simple.getItem(position);
// retrieve the data from the cursor

这似乎是SimpleCursorAdapter在2.1上的问题,在2.2上,光标位于所请求的项目上,您可以检索列数据,但在2.1中,光标位置为0并且cursor.move(itemIndex)cursor.moveToFirst()都返回false。
