使横幅广告上方的所有片段

现在您发布了更多的代码，我发现它比我想的要容易得多。您根本不需要RelativeLayout。您可以使用单个LinearLayout，并将ViewPager的权重设置为1，以便它填充空白空间。这是代码（未经测试，可能有错字）。
