这就是我解决问题的方式：

当SAM CLI看到一个zip时，它将解压缩到一个临时目录中（在您的情况下，看起来是C：/ Users / user_name / AppData / Local / Temp / tmpq0zka7a7）。

Docker必须有权访问该文件夹。

就我而言，我创建了一个本地用户，以使Docker可以访问共享驱动器，而该本地用户无权访问C：/ Users / user_name。

我给了它访问权限，并解决了我的问题。也许您可以用相同的方法修复它。

尝试运行以下内容：

docker run --rm -v c:/Users/user_name:/data alpine ls /data

如果一切正常，它应该列出c：/ Users / user_name内容。
