我在使用DiagrammeR的美人鱼绘图功能在Shiny中显示甘特图时遇到问题。

一切都按预期执行，但是绘图在R studio的查看器中显示，而不是在闪亮的页面上显示（该页面具有用于显示绘图的tabPanel）。我已经看过使用ggVis来问/解决了这个问题。但是这种情况下的解决方案特定于ggVis。我想留在DiagrammeR / mermaid，因为它产生了如此漂亮的图。

您需要使用do.call(paste0, lapply(dat, formatC, width = 2, flag = "0")) # [1] "030903" "041002" "060707" "100704" "030108"代替DiagrammeROutput()和plotOutput()代替renderDiagrammeR()：
