System.Speech.Synthesis和Microsoft.Speech.Synthesis有什么区别?

差异实际上与链接答案中概述的大致相同; System.Speech.SpeechSynthesis使用桌面TTS引擎,而Microsoft.Speech.SpeechSynthesis使用服务器TTS引擎。从编程的角度来看,差异相对较小,但从许可的角度来看,则存在很大差异;服务器TTS引擎是单独许可的。

不过,System.Speech.SpeechSynthesisMicrosoft.Speech.SpeechSynthesis都是不推荐使用的API,新的开发应基于Windows.Media.SpeechSynthesis API。
