<br>Vancouver was a last minute day tip that I planned while staying in Seattle. And I am so happy I did! Crossing the boarder was an experience in itself. The entrance was staged as the Canadian flag in flowers. The boarder patrol were dressed in traditional Canadian attire. You instantly felt the difference between the countries minutes into driving. Vancouver was celebrating their anniversary of 150 years! Vancouver has such a welcoming, safe feeling. People walking the streets were energetic and happy. I had a locally brewed beer with some not-too-good nachos, and Canada isn't known for their great Mexican food— wish I knew! and gelato that was named to be the best gelato of Canada. And I agree! I miss their energy and hope I can visit sooner and for a longer time.
