Android Build失败：不接受Android SDK Build-Tools包28.0.3的许可证

Warning: License for package Android SDK Build-Tools 28.0.3 not accepted.
Warning: License for package Android SDK Platform 28 not accepted.

我解决了这个问题：

删除了C：\ Users \ UserName \ AppData \ Local \ Android \ Sdk中的整个sdk文件夹
然后从android studio重新下载sdk
