Getting com.liferay.portal.kernel.exception.NoSuchResourceActionException while deploying portlet

Question

I am getting com.liferay.portal.kernel.exception.NoSuchResourceActionException while deploying a portlet in liferay 7 tomcat server. What I suppose to do?
