如何设置环境变量以从Windows 10中的cmd启动jupyter-notebook

我在Windows 10下使用“ python -m pip install jupyter ”在cmd中安装了Jupyter，但无法通过“ jupyter notebook ”调用笔记本。

我已经按如下方式设置了环境变量：

• C：\ Users ... \ AppData \ Roaming \ jupyter \ runtime
• C：\ Users ... \ AppData \ Roaming \ Python \ Python37 \ Scripts \ jupyter.exe

仍然无效。我需要添加什么路径才能使“ jupyter笔记本”正常工作？
