SharePoint 2019列表和库警报不起作用

Question

所有SharePoint用户都不会收到有关列表/库中任何更改的SharePoint警报。我们尝试了以下方法，但无济于事：

1. 禁用，然后再次为Web应用程序启用警报。
2. 停止并启动SharePoint Timer Service（SPTimerV4）。
3. 重新启动Web应用程序的应用程序池。

我们已验证电子邮件通知未中继到SMTP服务器，因此问题出在SharePoint端。我们还按照以下文章中的说明进行了其他验证：
